Check-in / Check-out:
An inventory report (check-in and check-out) will be carried out and signed by the tenant.
Cleaning fees are included and cover bed linen and towels.
Any additional cleaning service with linen and towel replacement during the stay must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, with an extra charge of €95 per cleaning.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance, the security deposit may be withheld.
No pets allowed.
